Mac and Cheese
Very fast to prepare and definitely a comfort food for me.
- 500 g macaroni
- 1½ L milk
- 6 tablespoons butter (50 g)
- 200 g cheddar
- 100 g Parmesan
- salt & pepper
- Put macaroni, milk and butter into a pot and bring to a light simmer at medium heat.
- Reduce heat and wait for macaroni to become al dente.
- Add cheese at the end.
