Mac and Cheese

Very fast to prepare and definitely a comfort food for me.

  • 500 g macaroni
  • 1½ L milk
  • 6 tablespoons butter (50 g)
  • 200 g cheddar
  • 100 g Parmesan
  • salt & pepper
  1. Put macaroni, milk and butter into a pot and bring to a light simmer at medium heat.
  2. Reduce heat and wait for macaroni to become al dente.
  3. Add cheese at the end.
