- 350 g ground beef (preferably > 20% fat)
- 150 g ground lamb
- 2 onions (medium)
- 4 tablespoons ground stale bread (bread crumbs)
- a big handful of parsley (optional)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda (optional)
